In a separate large bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until smooth.

Gently fold in the raspberries and chocolate chips.

Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
