Chocolate Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls were originally known as ‘kanelbulle’ in Sweden and were traditionally enjoyed on October 4th, also known as Cinnamon Roll Day.

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

In a small saucepan, melt butter and add milk. Heat until warm.

Pour the warm milk mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle.

Spread pumpkin puree over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and chocolate chips.

Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 equal pieces.

Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 25 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and vanilla extract to make the glaze.

Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls.
