Add the prune paste, unsweetened cocoa powder, paprika, honey, almond flour, vanilla extract, and salt to the melted chocolate. Mix well.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour to firm up.

Once firm, use a spoon or a melon baller to scoop out small portions of the mixture. Roll them into balls using your hands.

Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or paprika for coating.
