Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the triple-chocolate cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until they are slightly crispy on the edges.

Once the cookies are cooled, scoop a generous amount of strawberry ice cream onto one cookie.
