Chocolate Orange Pastries
Chocolate orange flavor combination became popular in the 1930s and is often associated with the holiday season.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 6 equal rectangles.

Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.

Stir in the orange zest and remove from heat.

Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over each pastry rectangle, leaving a small border around the edges.

Roll up each rectangle tightly, starting from one of the long sides.

Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

While the pastries are baking, mix the powdered sugar and orange juice together to make a glaze.

Remove the pastries from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Drizzle the glaze over the warm pastries.
