  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 6 equal rectangles.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
  3. Stir in the orange zest and remove from heat.
  4. Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over each pastry rectangle, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Roll up each rectangle tightly, starting from one of the long sides.
  6. Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. While the pastries are baking, mix the powdered sugar and orange juice together to make a glaze.
  9. Remove the pastries from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the warm pastries.
