Chocolate-Orange Cream Cheese Flan

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in the orange zest and vanilla extract.

In a saucepan, combine the evaporated milk, condensed milk, chocolate chips, and water. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture and stir until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a flan mold or baking dish.

Place the mold or dish in a larger baking pan filled with hot water.

Bake for 50 minutes or until the flan is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

To serve, run a knife around the edges of the flan to loosen it. Invert onto a serving plate.
