  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the flour and sour cream until just combined.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Drop spoonfuls of Nutella on top, then swirl with a knife. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the Nutella layer.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream and chopped hazelnuts.
