  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mix well.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  5. Gradually add flour and mix until well combined.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  10. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake rest inside for 2 hours.
  11. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
  12. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  13. Serve chilled.
