  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a saucepan, heat milk and butter until butter melts. Remove from heat.
  3. Add milk mixture, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
  7. Spread melted chocolate evenly over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  8. Roll up the dough tightly from the long side and pinch the seam to seal.
  9. Cut the dough in half lengthwise and twist the two pieces together.
  10. Place the twisted dough in a greased loaf pan and let it rise for another 1 hour.
  11. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the babka for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  13. Transfer the babka to a wire rack and let it cool completely before serving.
