Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in melted chocolate and almond extract until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake.

Remove the sides of the pan and let the cheesecake cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Before serving, sprinkle with sliced almonds.
