Beat the eggs in a bowl.

Add water, salt, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the beaten eggs. Mix well.

Strain the egg mixture to remove any lumps.

Pour the mixture into individual heatproof bowls.

Place the bowls in a steamer and steam for about 15 minutes or until the custard is set.

Remove from the steamer and let it rest for 5 minutes.
