  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, granulated sugar, egg whites, vanilla extract, salt, and almond flour. Mix well.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the macaroons cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the macaroons to a wire rack and let them cool completely.
