Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, granulated sugar, egg whites, vanilla extract, salt, and almond flour. Mix well.

Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the macaroons cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
