  2. Crush the Weetbix into small pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the plain flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and desiccated coconut to the bowl and mix well.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter, golden syrup, and vanilla extract over low heat.
  5. Pour the melted butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  6. Add the milk to the mixture and stir until it forms a sticky dough.
  7. Press the dough into the prepared baking dish and smooth the surface.
