  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly soft.
