Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out any excess water. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread slices.
