Cheesy Spring Rolls
Spring rolls originated in China and are now popular in many Asian cuisines.

In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and chopped green onions.

Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface.

Add a spoonful of the vegetable mixture onto the wrapper.

Place a slice of cheese on top of the vegetables.

Fold the sides of the wrapper towards the center, then roll tightly.

Seal the edge with a bit of water.

Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Heat oil in a pan for frying.

Fry the spring rolls until golden brown.

Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.

Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
