Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
