  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in crushed pineapple, diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried red pepper flakes (optional).
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with crackers or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
