In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.

Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of serving cups.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust.

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stovetop and drizzle over the cream cheese mixture.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
