Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a tart pan.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the tart pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

In a saucepan, combine cranberries, port wine, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.

Remove from heat and let it cool. Pour the cranberry mixture over the cheesecake tart.

Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
