  4. Stuff each pumpkin cube with the cheese mixture.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs and olive oil.
  6. Roll each stuffed pumpkin cube in the bread crumb mixture to coat.
  7. Place the coated pumpkin cubes on a baking sheet.
