Add the cooked potatoes to the cheese sauce and mix well.

Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a pie dish with it.

Pour the cheese and potato mixture into the pie dish, spreading it evenly.

Cover the pie with another layer of pastry and seal the edges.

Make a few small cuts in the pastry to allow steam to escape.
