  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a food processor, grind Cheerios and granola until fine crumbs form.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the ground Cheerios and granola mixture to the saucepan and mix until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and all-purpose flour until well combined.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 2 hours.
  10. Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Serve chilled and enjoy!
