Wrap both doughs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out both doughs into rectangles of equal size and thickness.

Place the chocolate dough on top of the vanilla dough, and trim the edges to create straight sides.
