Chai Bars
Chai bars are a delicious twist on traditional chai tea, combining the warm and aromatic flavors of chai spices with a soft and chewy bar. They are perfect for enjoying with a cup of tea or coffee.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the chai tea bags and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the butter cool.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and nutmeg.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, and cooled chai-infused butter.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and cut into bars.
