  2. In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

  4. Line a round cake pan with slices of sponge cake.
  5. Pour the ricotta mixture over the sponge cake.
  6. Place another layer of sponge cake on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the top of the tart.
  9. Garnish with additional candied fruit and pistachios.
