  1. Place a Rolo on top of each pretzel stick.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the Rolo-topped pretzels on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 3 minutes, until the Rolos are soft.
  5. Remove from the oven and press a whole cashew onto each Rolo, flattening it slightly.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
  7. Dip each cashew-topped Rolo pretzel into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
  8. Place the coated pretzels back on the parchment paper and let them rest for at least 1 hour to allow the chocolate to set.
  9. Once the chocolate has hardened, serve and enjoy!
