Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, stirring occasionally (about 30 minutes).

In a separate pan, heat balsamic vinegar and figs until softened.

In a blender, combine caramelized onions, figs, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme leaves. Blend until smooth.
