  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into small squares.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sugar and cook until it turns into a golden caramel.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and carefully stir in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  4. Place a spoonful of caramel sauce onto each puff pastry square. Fold the squares in half to form triangles and press the edges to seal.
  5. Arrange the caramel puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the puffs are golden and puffed.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
