Remove the saucepan from heat and carefully stir in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sea salt.

Place a spoonful of caramel sauce onto each puff pastry square. Fold the squares in half to form triangles and press the edges to seal.

Arrange the caramel puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the puffs are golden and puffed.
