  2. Press the pie crust into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce, stirring constantly until smooth.
  4. Pour the caramel mixture into the baked pie crust.
  5. Place the tart in the refrigerator and let it set for 2 hours.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  7. Pour the melted chocolate over the set caramel layer.
  8. Return the tart to the refrigerator and let it set for another 2 hours.
  9. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
