Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Fold in the chopped apple, caramel sauce, and chopped pecans.

Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the dish for 10 minutes.

Lift the bars out of the dish using the parchment paper and let cool completely on a wire rack.

Once cooled, cut into bars and serve.
