  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil a pot of water and blanch the cabbage leaves for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooked rice, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take a cabbage leaf and place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center. Roll the leaf tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat with the remaining cabbage leaves and meat mixture.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of tomato sauce. Arrange the cabbage rolls on top of the sauce. Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the rolls.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cabbage rolls are cooked through.
  6. Let the cabbage rolls rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
