In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Add melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and warm water to the bowl. Stir until the dough comes together.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 12 equal portions. Shape each portion into a roll.

Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet, cover with a damp cloth, and let them rest for 30 minutes.

Brush the rolls with beaten egg and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
