Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the mozzarella cheese sticks in half.

In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

In another shallow bowl, whisk the eggs.

Dip each mozzarella stick in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the coated mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Allow the mozzarella sticks to rest for 5 minutes.

Serve with marinara sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
