  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk and yogurt.
  3. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
