Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl.

Melt the butter and pour it over the cauliflower.

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder over the cauliflower.

Toss the cauliflower until evenly coated with the butter and seasonings.

Transfer the cauliflower to a baking sheet and spread it out in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
