  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any outer leaves.
  3. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until they are tender and crispy.
  6. While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, prepare the slider buns and toppings.
  7. Slice the avocado, tomato, and red onion.
  8. Toast the slider buns if desired.
  9. Once the Brussels sprouts are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Assemble the sliders by placing a few Brussels sprouts on the bottom half of each bun.
  11. Top with avocado slices, tomato slices, red onion slices, and lettuce.
  12. Place the top half of the bun on each slider.
  13. Serve immediately and enjoy!
