Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a mini muffin tin by greasing it or lining with cupcake liners.

In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Stir until well combined.

Spoon the brownie batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let the brownie bites cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Meanwhile, prepare the strawberry fluff frosting by blending the strawberries in a blender until smooth. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended strawberries, powdered sugar, and whipped topping. Mix until well combined and fluffy.

Once the brownie bites are cooled, pipe or spread the strawberry fluff frosting on top of each bite.

Let the frosting set for about 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
