Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mash the cooked adzuki beans using a fork.

Add the mashed adzuki beans, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
