Slowly pour in the brown butter while whisking continuously.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom.

Cook for about 2 minutes, until the edges start to turn golden brown. Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
