Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the fresh herbs and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

In a heatproof bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and lemon juice. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.

Slowly whisk in the melted butter and herb mixture into the egg yolks, a little at a time, until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.

In a separate pan, toast the bread crumbs over medium heat until golden brown.

Arrange the cooked broccoli on a serving platter. Drizzle the herbed hollandaise sauce over the broccoli and sprinkle with toasted bread crumbs.
