Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli is a member of the cabbage family and is closely related to cauliflower.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop into small florets.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.

In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix it with the bread crumbs. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
