Gradually add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a sticky dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.

Sprinkle the dark chocolate chunks over the top of the loaf.
