Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking tray, leaving enough space for spreading.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

While still warm, carefully roll each snap around the handle of a wooden spoon to form a tube shape.

Let the snaps cool completely on a wire rack.
