  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and instant yeast.
  2. Melt the butter and add it to the dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients while mixing.
  5. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  6. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  8. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape them into balls.
  9. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Let the buns cool completely.
  12. Cut each bun in half horizontally.
  13. Fill the bottom half with whipped cream and a tablespoon of jam.
  14. Place the top half of the bun on the filling.
  15. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
