  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto a spring roll wrapper and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the lumpia until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
