  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut it into circles to fit the tart pans.
  3. Press the pie crust into the tart pans and trim off any excess dough.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  5. Spoon the blueberry mixture into the tart pans.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with water to make an egg wash.
  7. Brush the edges of the tart crust with the egg wash.
  8. Bake the tarts in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the blueberry filling is bubbly.
  9. Allow the tarts to cool for 30 minutes before removing them from the pans.
  10. Dust the tarts with powdered sugar before serving.
