Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, and 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour. Toss until the blueberries are well coated.

In a separate bowl, mix together the rolled oats, brown sugar, remaining all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Spread the blueberry mixture evenly into a baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the blueberries are bubbling and the topping is golden brown.

Allow the blueberry crumble to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
