  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the blueberry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top of the filling with small pieces of butter.
  6. Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the filling. Trim and crimp the edges.
  7. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
  10. Serve the pie with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
