Divide the dough in half. Add one half back to the mixing bowl and mix in the cocoa powder until well combined.

Roll out each dough into a rectangle shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

Stack the two dough rectangles on top of each other, pressing lightly to adhere.

Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly into a log.

Wrap the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the log into 1/4 inch thick rounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
